Brunilda Londo founded Overview DMC after a career on the operating side of Albanian hospitality, and she still runs the company the way a hotel is run: from the floor, every day. She leads operations and event delivery, holds the key client relationships, manages the supplier network personally, and is on site for the programmes that matter. Overview delivers around 100 events and programmes a year under her direction.
Before Overview she spent more than seven years as Managing Director of Tirana International Hotel, leading a team of over 500 people and handling conferences, banquets, delegations and VIP stays as a daily routine. That is where the habit of scoping honestly and delivering without drama comes from: in a large hotel there is no such thing as a small mistake.
Outside the company she is a hotel management consultant, advising new hotels on how to set up operations before they open, and she was part of the national programme that trained the teams of Albania’s leading hotels across every department, from front office to kitchen. She serves as Executive Director of the Albanian Tourism Union and President of the Albanian Convention Bureau, which keeps Overview close to the venues, hotels and policy that shape events in Albania.
